Summer comfort is ensured by Venetian blinds integrated within the glazing units. Only the roof and floor slabs are insulated, as the external walls present satisfactory thermal conductivity performance. <strong>Primary energy<\/strong> is provided by an <strong>air-to-water heat pump system, low-energy LED lighting, a double-flow mechanical ventilation system, and thermodynamic hot water tanks.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In addition, the operational building project is complemented by the eco-design of the car park, incorporating a photovoltaic canopy generating approximately <strong>115 MWh\/year<\/strong>.
