\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique global de l\u2019ensemble des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 <strong>293 kWhef\/m\u00b2\/an<\/strong> (valeur absolue 2030) par rapport \u00e0 la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique actuelle de <strong>404.2 kWhef\/m\u00b2\/an<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La mission comprend la <strong>r\u00e9novation et r\u00e9habilitation int\u00e9rieure\/ext\u00e9rieure<\/strong> du b\u00e2timent d\u2019exploitation principal et ses annexes, ainsi que le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de l\u2019aire de stationnement avec la mise en place de 440 m\u00b2 d\u2019ombri\u00e8res photovolta\u00efques.<\/p><p>La r\u00e9habilitation de l\u2019usine, <strong>bas carbone<\/strong> et <strong>bioclimatique<\/strong> permet une <strong>baisse des consommations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong> dans le cadre du <strong>d\u00e9cret tertiaire<\/strong> et d\u2019offrir un environnement int\u00e9rieur satisfaisant pour les usagers.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>De plus, le projet s\u2019ins\u00e8re dans le respect de la <strong>ZNIEFF de type 1<\/strong> de l\u2019ancienne tourbi\u00e8re de la Voulzie, de l\u2019ancienne tourbi\u00e8re du ru de de M\u00e9ances et du <strong>site Natura 2000<\/strong> de la Rivi\u00e8re du Dragon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f696fa e-con-full
