Le projet comprend la <strong>r\u00e9novation et r\u00e9habilitation int\u00e9rieure<\/strong> du RDC de l\u2019atelier principal, de la mezzanine de l\u2019atelier (zone A), ainsi qu\u2019une extention de 200m\u00b2 au RDC (zone B) pour l\u2019aire d\u2019usinage.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u suivant la <strong>charte HQE<\/strong>, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 <strong>s\u2019int\u00e8grer dans la Zone Naturelle ZNIEFF de type 2<\/strong>, \u00e9galement inscrit dans un <strong>site NATURA 2000<\/strong>. La conception de l\u2019extention, <strong>bas carbone et bioclimatique<\/strong>, permet de r<strong>\u00e9duire les consommations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong> et d\u2019offrir un environnement
