APPLICATION FOR THE GREEN SOLUTIONS AWARDS WITH THE SAINT-JUST ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER PROJECT IN IVRY-SUR-SEINE:

The AR ARCHITECTES agency would like to inform you of its participation in the Green Solutions Awards 2024-2025 competition organized by CONSTRUCTION 21 FRANCE. For this edition we present the case study of an eco-rehabilitation project just delivered at the start of 2025 for the Saint-Just Administrative Center in Ivry-sur-Seine.

The agency AR ARCHITECTES, architect of the project, is proud to have supported the City of Ivry-sur-Seine in the bioclimatic and sustainable rehabilitation of the premises of the Administrative Center. Thanks to this intervention, buildings achieve the objectives of the 2030 tertiary decree -15% compared to current energy consumption.

The building was designed in a spirit of sobriety in the use of materials. The design work by facade typology has led to treatment and insulation of facades where this is most effective. A design with a lot of common sense, applying the principles of HQE markdown, then confirmed by an STD study. The project uses sustainable materials, such as insulation of the main wood fiber facade, high-performance double-glazed joinery and metal cladding. Thanks to its innovative choices, the project was financially supported to the tune of 53.3% by several grants from La Métropole du Grand Paris, Fond Vert and SIGEIF.
