Under the direction of Ms. Ruba ALABED, founder and Architect DESA, specialized in HQE® approach, the agency develops an activity of architectural, landscape and environmental studies of design, consulting and complete project management (studies and monitoring of works), both on new construction and rehabilitation and renovation works.

The agency brings together a multidisciplinary team with skills in architecture, landscape, environment, HQE© and computer graphics.

Our team provides reliability and involvement at all stages of the project:

– Qualifications of the team: architecture, energy efficiency engineering, environment, biosourced materials, accessibility for all disabilities, urban and landscaping including phytopurification techniques (depollution of soil, water and air by plants);
– Project management, study animation and collaborative work with partners;
– Writing capacity for the DCE, rigor of the analysis of the offers and summary during the restitution presented to the project owner;
– Vigilance of technical monitoring of the construction site.
