Project aiming for HQE certification – “EXCEPTIONAL” performance level, in accordance with the design intent and program, on behalf of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, acting as the project owner.

A flagship project showcasing French know-how in climate-resilient architecture and landscape design ☀️🌳🌍

🏡 Bioclimatic architecture in an arid environment
• Building structures completed at 95% (pending PGE2 on the west side)
• South-facing solid earth wall insulation ☀️ completed at 85–90%. The inclined reinforced concrete wall still needs to be completed up to level R+2 in order to allow earth infill

🚧 Sustainable materials and technical solutions
• External and internal insulation using bio-based materials (wood fiber) ♻️: installation in progress
Canadian wells installed at a depth of 2.5 m and coupled with a double-flow ventilation system ❄️: 95% completed. Remaining works include the installation of ventilation ducts at the entrance of each system with Chinese hats, as well as the air handling units beneath the basements

🧱 Earthworks and networks
Gabion walls for the stabilization of slopes and ramps: sample approved ✅
Separate networks (greywater, blackwater, air-conditioning condensate water) 💦: 100% completed. 80–85% completed within the buildings (pending PGE2 and a few remaining connections in each building)
