AR ARCHITECTES has been awarded the contract for the energy-efficient renovation and refurbishment of three priority nurseries on behalf of the City of Clichy-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine, France): Le Livre d’Images (60 group childcare places and 3 family-based childcare places), Castérès (32 group childcare places and 3 family-based childcare places), and La Flûte Enchantée (80 group childcare places and 10 family-based childcare places).

The project aims to improve the energy performance, comfort and functionality of the three facilities, while increasing their childcare capacity to better meet the needs of local families.

AR ARCHITECTES is acting as lead architect within a multidisciplinary project management team comprising the engineering consultancy BATITECH and acoustic consultant GAMBA Acoustique.
