• Installation in progress of bio-based wood fiber insulation for both ETICS and internal insulation ♻️
• Canadian wells (earth-to-air heat exchangers) installed at 2.5 m depth, coupled with a double-flow ventilation system ❄️: 100% completed

🧱 Earthworks and networks

• Gabion walls for the stabilization of slopes and ramps: sample approved ✅
• Separate networks for greywater, blackwater and air-conditioning condensate water 💦: 100% completed
