AR ARCHITECTES is proud to support the Real Estate Department of the Ministry of Justice in the accessibility upgrade of the Versailles Judicial Court.
This emblematic project is being carried out in an occupied site, combining heritage preservation, accessibility improvements, and security enhancements within a historic building, in close coordination with the Architect of the Buildings of France.
The operation includes: – making all courtrooms and their antechambers fully accessible for all types of disabilities, with particular attention to high-value heritage wooden elements, – adapting the sanitary facilities and both horizontal and vertical circulations, – securing specific areas of the site.
AR ARCHITECTES extends its thanks to the engineering offices supporting this sensitive project within a major judicial institution: SEREB CONCEPT (multidisciplinary engineering) and PHOENIX DB (accessibility engineering).
The company GMAXX has been selected to carry out the construction works.
