A project demonstrating France’s know-how in terms of bioclimatic environmental architecture eco-designed according to the arid climate : earth and wood fiber insulation, energy efficiency achieved up to 40% less than Bbio RT2012, (61% less energy consumption than a local reference building), use of Canadian wells for air cooling, gray water treatment by filtering gardens by the use of plants, clean water is then recycled for irrigation and washing, local and endemic species of plants are planted in the gardens recreating an ecosystem that remainds arab gardens and oasis where biodiversity is retored.
