A project demonstrating France’s expertise in bioclimatic environmental architecture, eco-designed for the arid climate, earth and wood fibre insulation, energy efficiency 40% less than RT2012 (61% less than a local reference building), use of Canadian wells for cooling, grey water treatment using plant filtering basins, water recycling for washing and watering, plant layers in the image of Arab gardens made up of fruit trees, date palms and local and endemic species. Restoring biodiversity.
