WORK PROGRESS – REHABILITATION OF THE MONTSOURIS RESERVOIR PAVILIONS (PARIS 14ᵗʰ)

The rehabilitation works on the Montsouris reservoir pavilions and the chemin des rondes, carried out for EAU DE PARIS, continue to move forward with a new key milestone: a site visit dedicated to interior and exterior finishes.

During this visit, the team from AR ARCHITECTES, accompanied by BOST INGENIERIE and EUROELEC SMART ENERGY, worked on:

  • The refurbishment of the wall tiles inside the pavilions, essential to ensure a durable, resistant environment that complies with the site’s sanitary requirements;
    The selection of tile colours and finishes (matte, satin or glossy), ensuring aesthetic coherence while respecting the heritage character of the site;
    The choice of roofing tiles, a decisive step in restoring the original appearance of the pavilions while integrating current technical constraints.

These material and finish selections are fully aligned with the project’s ambition: faithfully restoring the heritage while strengthening the safety and durability of the structures linked to the drinking water supply.

We once again thank EAU DE PARIS for their renewed trust, and we are pleased to observe the steady progress of this exceptional project, located at the heart of a site with significant historical value.

The project management team remains fully committed to supporting the next phases of the works and bringing this remarkable project to completion.
