The rehabilitation works on the Montsouris reservoir pavilions and the chemin des rondes, carried out for EAU DE PARIS, continue to move forward with a new key milestone: a site visit dedicated to interior and exterior finishes.

During this visit, the team from AR ARCHITECTES, accompanied by BOST INGENIERIE and EUROELEC SMART ENERGY, worked on:

• The refurbishment of the wall tiles inside the pavilions, essential to ensure a durable, resistant environment that complies with the site’s sanitary requirements;
  • The selection of tile colours and finishes (matte, satin or glossy), ensuring aesthetic coherence while respecting the heritage character of the site;
  • The choice of roofing tiles, a decisive step in restoring the original appearance of the pavilions while integrating current technical constraints.

These material and finish selections are fully aligned with the project’s ambition: faithfully restoring the heritage while strengthening the safety and durability of the structures linked to the drinking water supply.
