Ms. Ruba ALABED, architect and manager of AR ARCHITECTES, gave a Webinar course in English on Carbon Neutral and Resilient Cities to Master 2 level students at La Cambre Horta University in Brussels. The lecture began with a presentation of the agency and the environmental HQE® targets aimed by AR ARCHITECTES, then with the case study of the Eco-construction of the French Embassy and the Ambassador’s Residence in Doha, in Qatar, a demonstrative project certified HQE® on the level Exceptional.
