The vertical 3-storey sculpture is a symbol of assemblance, of mutual aid and of ecology : It offers a view of the city, holds a meeting space for different associations of the neighborhood, of the schools and proposes a waste-management system by a common collect for surrounding buildings. The accompanied public garden is supplied by the water collected in the rainwater reservoir at the top of the structure.
