The client’s objective was to create an eco structure for an existing industrial building “CYPREOS” in order to integrate sustainable development in the town and to improve the current industrial infrastructure surroundings.

Our proposal was to complete the architectural environmental and landscaping faisability study of the building located at the entrance of the industrial zone “De La Pointe” which is in the east of Fontenay-sous-Bois.

We designed a bioclimatic building wich is part of a green belt, and a low energy consumption building.
