The objective is to create new spaces accessible in the restaurant of the CROUS Mabillon, including several sectors :
- Creation of a secure waiting room,
- Removal of asbestos of the false ceilings of the restaurant space,
- Modification of the air extractors of the kitchen,
- Creation of a clean pathway in the kitchen.
